It's a tough time to buy a house. It was a sellers market that turned quickly with a sudden change in interest rates. It was a difficult search process for sure that took us nearly 9 months. The first showing we had with her, a home was listed in the same range same outlines, literally 4 minutes and she had us booked to go see it. Anytime something comes up in our outlines she notifies us within minutes. She listens to all your wants needs and desires and never makes you feel any less than any other client. When an offer was made on that house she made sure I knew. Then she sent me another house she thought i would like. Then she found me our forever home.
